A special assistance project of Eshel Chabad for Israelis who the War has displaced but who are not being reimbursed by the government for their food costs.

Eshel Chabad, a division of Colel Chabad, has been appointed by the Israeli Ministry of the Interior to operate the National Project for Food Security as well as distribution of discounted grocery debit cards, which can be used at most food stores. Eshel Chabad has been involved for decades in multiple soup kitchens for the poor and in providing food for elderly and Holocaust survivors. 

Please fill out the form below. Your information will be held with a high level of internet security. Eligibility is based on your home address as shown on your Teudat Zehut. If eligible, you may purchase at highly discounted prices: A wide variety of cooked meals at only 4 NIS a meal for delivery and/or a Colel Chabad Grocery Debit Card, at a 50% discount off the actual face value, up to 2,000 NIS per month per family (you pay only 1,000 NIS for a card worth 2,000 NIS).  Of note, the meals are produced in a licensed professional kitchen under the Jerusalem Badatz Eida Chareidit hashgacha.

After filling out the form, a representative will make contact to coordinate the meal pickups and/or verify your current place of residence for sending the card via special delivery and collect 50% of the payment for your participation.

Important Notice This assistance is intended only for residents of the south and north who have independently moved to Jerusalem. Evacuees on behalf of the state are not eligible to participate in this assistance program.
